The Imua Checkin is a platform for managing beach sports classes and training, connecting teachers and students. The app allows class scheduling, check-ins, credit management, community, and messaging.

• You must provide true and updated information (name, email, phone, and date of birth, when requested).
• Minors under 18 can only use the platform with the consent of a legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activities carried out under your account.
• Public registration is exclusive to teachers. Students can only join via their teacher's link.

By using Imua Checkin, you agree NOT to:

• Post offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, or illegal content.
• Harass, threaten, or expose other users.
• Reverse engineer, exploit security flaws, or attempt to access third-party data.
• Use unauthorized bots, scraping, or automations.
• Sell, rent, or share your account with third parties.

Violations may result in suspension or exclusion of the account, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

• Credit packages are offered by each teacher, with their own validity and quantity rules.
• Payments are processed via Mercado Pago (Pix and card). We do not store full credit card data.
• Class cancellations follow each teacher's policy; when a class is canceled by the teacher, the credit is automatically returned.
• Payment refunds follow applicable legislation (CDC) and the operator's rules.

You retain all rights to the content you publish (posts, photos, comments, messages). By publishing, you grant Imua Checkin a free, non-exclusive license to display this content within the platform, solely for the operation of the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish and guarantee that you have the necessary rights to it.

• The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with notice when applicable.
• We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from sports practice. The contracted teacher is responsible for the class.

You can terminate your account at any time via the Profile menu or by requesting it via email. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after the change means acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The forum of the consumer's domicile is elected to resolve any disputes.
